Gift from Ralph de Bisege to Thurstan de Bisege of one carucate of land in Badisley with all liberties within and without the vill; that is the carucate of land which Alan, son of Alexander de Ruchintton [Rowington] sold to the said Thurstan, as is witnessed by the charter of the said Alan. To hold freely in woods, plains, meadows, pastures, roads, tracks, moors, marshes, cultivated and uncultivated ground. The said Thurstan and his heirs to have free entry and exit to the inclosure called Haywde with all his farm animals for feeding, except goats, and also sufficient wood from the said inclosure for repairing houses, making hedges and for firing. The said Thurstan to render 2s. annually in lieu of all services and demands, 12d. at the feast of St. Andrew the Apostle and 12d. at the feast of St. Peter ad vincula. Warranty clause.
