Mary his wife (widow of Samuel Cooper late of Henley-in-Arden) and Samuel Cooper of Birmingham, mercer, only son and heir of sd Samuel Mary, and Mary his wife to Joseph Blisse of Henley-in-Arden, tanner Sarah his wife, in consideration of £80 paid to William and Mary and £120 to Samuel and Mary, of messaueg of tenemnt with appurtenances in occupation John Morrell, formerly Thomas Williams, in Henley-in-Arden, formerly known as the signe of the Swan, but now the Old Swan, together with close of 2 acres adjoining, and cottahe adjoining on the south and west now in the occupation of Rebecca Longworth, widow, formerly of John Derrick. All which premises extend from the High Street in Henley to the Great Park. Which premises were purchased by Samuel Cooper, deceased, from William Ingram, grandfather to present William Ingram. Also, close in Henley-in Arden of one acre in occupation Jeremiah Freeman, formerly John Cooper, purchased by Samuel Cooper, deceased, of William Lawrence and Elizabeth his wife.
