Draft release by William Baldwinof Stratford-upon-Avon, farmer [surviving Trustee of Thomas Mayneord senior], Thomas Mayneord of Stratford-upon-Avon, shoemaker, to Robert Barnes ofStratford-upon-Avon, currier of 2 cottages and appurtenances in the Waterside, Stratford-upon-Avon, formerly in occupations Sarah Marshall, widow and Thomas Lewis and which are now converted into one messuage in occupation said Thomas Mayneord [No. 25]; with quitclaims from John Mayneord of Coventry, shoemaker, William Mayneord of Alderminster, carpenter, John Coleman of Stratford-upon-Avon, labourer and Ann his wife. Recitals: (1) 10 Apr 1821 Will of Thomas Mayneordof Stratford-upon-Avon, labourer (father of Thomas above) devising all real estate to trustees, William Baldwin and Thomas Tidmarsh of Stratford-upon-Avon, yeoman, on trust, after death of wife Ann, to sell and divide between children John, Ann the wife of John Coleman, Thomas and William. (2) 22 Apr 1821 Death of Thomas Mayneord. (3) 15 Feb 1828 Death of Ann Mayneord. (4) 2 Mar 1831 Death of Thomas Tidmarsh.
