Archer of Tanworth

Description

Covenant between Henry Howard and Thomas Windsor (on behalf of Christopher Musgrave) that woodlands in Tanworth and the manor of Birmingham (which the latter, on behalf of Christopher Musgrave was desirous of selling to Other Archer Earl of Plymouth, and Charles Duke of Norfolk and Charles Chaplin respectively) would be free of a rent-charge of £266 13s 4d due to Henry Howard, under a deed of 22 December 1812, from the same and from lands in Claverdon and Rowington, the latter alone now to stand charged.
