Draft release by Mary Gibbs, Darlingscott, widow, to Thomas Gibbs, Darlingscott, farmer, her son, of her interest in the effects of her late husband Robert Gibbs, for £200. Reciting 15 Oct 1791 Will of Robert Gibbs, Darlingscott, farmer, leaving all real and personal estate to Thomas and Mary upon trust as to Mary's interest for her life while she lived with her son but if remarried or moved, then all to Thomas, subject to payment of £50 and £20 annuity.
