Release from John Bellamy Minshull of No 21 Beaumont Square, Mile End Road [London], commercial traveller, and Elizabeth, his wife, with the consent of Edmund Paine of Stratford-upon-Avon, gent., surviving Trustee of the Marriage Settlement of the said John and Elizabeth, to John Lane of Stratford-upon-Avon, gent., of John Lane, gent., deceased, the other Trustee to the said Settlement, of all rents and money arising from the sale of property in the parish of Old Stratford vested in the said Trustees by the said Marriage Settlement.
