Conveyance: Westington (Chipping Campden) and Weston-sub-Edge

Description

Conveyance by Nathan Izod senior, of Westington, co. Glouc., gent., to Nathan Izod junior, his only son and heir, of a messuage and two yardlands in Westington and an enclosed ground called Foxborough in Weston-sub-Edge, co. Glouc., all in his own possession, together with all his household goods, chattels, etc. and a lease from the Earl of Gainsborough of another messuage (in the occupation of Richard Smith) and two yard lands in Westington; the said Nathan Izod junior, covenanting to pay him an annuity of £30, to support Mary Izod, his wife, for life, and to pay debts for him amounting in all to £417 12s. 0d, due to Susanna Izod, his daughter, John Green, John Martin, Thomas Cotterell, Thomas Ainge, William Rayers Joseph Biddle, esq., William Oldaker and John How. Witnesses: W. Turner and Thomas Cotterell.
