Description

Feoffment from John Hunt and Samuel Holtham, gents., surviving feoffees of a deed of 3 January 1690/1 (DR535/24), to John Cookes and John Capp, gents., aldermen of the borough of Stratford-upon-Avon, and Robert Elderton, William Walford, Phillip Hatton and Richard Bartlett, capital burgesses of the same, of the said messuage in Church Street, now in the tenures of Anne Mathews, widow, and Thomas Parker; to hold to the uses expressed in the will of Thomas Lucas (DR535/20).
