Deed of Settlement by lease and release, whereby Isaac Ingram of Nuthurst, gent. conveys to John Mortiboys, Lapworth, yeoman, and Richard Reeves, Beaudesert, gent. as trustees, all his lands and premises in Hampton-in-Arden, Lapworth, Beaudesert and Aston by Birmingham in the occupations of William Ingram, John Greenhill, John Court, John Edwards, Joseph Kemp, William Haycock, John Cotterell, John Cox, --- Conway, and --- Evans, In Trust to the use of the said Isaac Ingram for life and then (with the exception of those premises in the occupation of John Court and that newly-erected messuage in occupation of William Ingram), upon trust to raise £5510 and pay as follows: - £1000 each to Hannah, Elizabeth, Mabel, Sarah and Mary (daughters of the said Isaac) - £300 to Ann Hall, another daughter of said Isaac - £10 to Hannah Ingram wife of Isaac - £200 to be invested to pay principal and interest equally among Hannah, William and Ann Hall, children of said Ann Hall at 21. - Remainder to use of William Ingram, son of Isaac Premises in occupation John Court upon trust to pay annuity of £30 to Hannah Ingram, wife of said Isaac after his decease. Newly erected messuage and yard in occupation William Ingram, with furniture, to the use of Hannah Ingram, wife of Isaac, Hannah, Elizabeth, Mabel, Sarah and Mary (daughters of Isaac) for their lives as long as unmarried and live together. Then to the use of William Ingram and his heirs.
