Draft general release by William Chambers, Henley-in-Arden, tanner, William Gibbs, the younger, Alveston, farmer (executors of the will of Robert John Barnhurst, S/A, gent., deceased) George Barnhurst, S/A, yeoman, Mary Ann Barnhurst, Worcester, spinster, Elizabeth Barnhurst, S/A, spinster, Sarah Gibbs (nee Barnhurst) wife of William, Ann Barnhurst, Wotton Wawen, spinster; Adam William Culverwell Coles, Birmingham, baker and Jane (nee Barnhurst) his wife, William Warrilow, S/A, schoolmaster and Dorothy [Hannah] (nee Barnhurst) his wife, Emma Barnhurst, S/A, spinster and Caroline Barnhurst, S/A, spinster, residuary legatees of the will of Robert Barnhurst, Danzey Green, Tanworth, to Thomas Tidmas, Warwick, gent., surviving executor of the said will, for legacies. Recitals (1) 20 May 1812 Will of Robert Barnhurst: all personal estate to wife Mary and Thomas Tidmas as trustees to sell and invest and, after payment of annuity to sister-in-law Sarah Lane (long since deceased), residue to wife for life then £700 at age 21 to great-nephew Robert John Barnhurst and £400 at 21 to George Barnhurst, sons of nephew John, deceased. Residue equally between other children of said John Barnhurst. (2) 30 Apr 1823 Codicil reducing legacy to George Barnhurst to £200, giving annuity to half-sister Hannah Lea and leaving £50 each to daughters of newphew John at death of testator's widow. (3) 10 November 1824 Probate of will of Robert Barnhurst. (4) 15 July 1831 Will of Robert John Barnhurst. (5) 14 March 1833 Death of Mary Barnhurst, widow.
