Assignment from William Hemming of Great Alne, yeoman, to William Cox of Welford, maltster, and Thomas Smith of the same, mason (executors of the will of Edward Wheeler late of Great Alne, yeoman) reciting DR333/12,31 and that William Hemming had previously contracted to sell the property therein described to Edward Wheeler, for £50, of a messuage in Great Alne in the tenure of William Hemming; to hold for the residue of a term of 2000 years.
