Snitterfield deeds: Hiron of Alveston

Description

Deed to declare the uses of a fine whereby Michael Jackson of Wellesbourne, yeoman, and Hester his wife, acknowledged one fourth part of a messuage and two cottages in Snitterfield, and Martha Bateman of White Ladies Aston, co. Worcs., widow, Richard Longmore of Bewdley, co. Worcs., capper, and Mary his wife, John Wasborne, and Prudence his wife, acknowledged three of four parts of the said messuage and two cottages, and of 1 1/2 yardlands in Snitterfield to John Perks and William Perks of Bearley, yeomen (which said premises had descended to the said Hester Jackson, Martha Bateman, Mary Longmore, and Prudence Wasborne, as the sisters and co-heirs of William Webb, deceased); namely that the said John Perks and William Perks shall hold the said property, as to one third part of the same, to the use of Martha Bateman, as to one other third part, to the use of Richard Longmore and Mary his wife for their lives (and after their decease, two thirds of the same to the use of Martha Bateman and Prudence Wasborne and their heirs, and the third part to the use of Hester Jackson for life with reversion to Joseph Jackson, her son), and as to the remaining third part, to the use of the said John Wasborne and Prudence his wife.
