Counterpart of lease, indented, from John Palmar, one of the chaplains of the chapel of the Gild of the Holy Cross, etc. of Stratford upon Auen, to John Mulleward, `barbour', and Juliana his wife, of a tenement in Swynestrete, between the tenements of Thomas Payntour and the said John Palmer in which John Rolfe lived, for 38 years at an annual rent of 4 shillings Witnesses: John Burnham, "capitalis ballivus', John Mayel, junior, and William Beoley, `sub-ballivi', Hugh Salford, Robert Thorne and others Dated at Stratford, Friday in the feast of the Nativity of St. John the Baptist, 13 Henry VI Two seals, identical, of brown wax, oval A crowned I between two mullets.
