(elder son and heir at law of Thomas Hunt, S/A, gent., deceased), John Tasker, S/A, late grocer, now auctioneer and Thomas Hodges, Ullington, Pebworth, Glos., farmer and Thomas Smith, S/A, butcher to Joseph Marshall, S/A, grocer for £170 of cottage with barn, yard and appurtenances on the back side of the Rother Market, formerly in occupation John Baldwin, then Thomas Edwards, since John Savage and John Marshall, late said Thomas Smith and now Joseph Marshall abutted on N E by orchard formerly of Samuel Tyler, late Charles Pestell, now --- Sanders, on S. by tenement in occupation John Goode and W. by the common highway.
