Agreement between Richard Saunders of Henley, clerk, William Ainge of Tiddington in Alveston, yeoman, and Isabell his wife, Joan Evans of Warwick, widow, Katherine Evans of the same, spinster and Thomas Hall of Rowington, butcher, and Mary his wife, of the one part, and Mathew Walford of Claverdon, gentleman, Joseph Mason of Southwark, co. Surrey, dyer, and Samuel Dunckley of Warwick, mason, of the other part, that the parties of the first part will acknowledge by fine to the parties of the second part a messuage with closes (named) in Claverdon, in the tenure of William Staples, a meadow called the Little Ham in Alveston in the tenure of Richard Ainge the younger, and a messuage called Tyle House in Saltisford Street, Warwick, in the tenure of Joan Evans, to the following uses: as to the property in Claverdon, to the use of Mathew Walford; as to the property in Alveston, to the use of Joseph Mason; and as to the property in Warwick, to the use of Samuel Dunckley.
