Worcs., gentleman (reciting DR316/13-15), for £200 (£160 18s 6d. to Robert Hobbes owing to him as executor of Elizabeth Brown, and £39 1s 6d. to John Holmes) of a mortgage of freehold and leasehold property in Ely Street, lately purchased of John Westbury, as described in DR316/11-12, but with the orchard on the south of the leasehold property now in the tenure of John Holmes. Proviso for redemption on the payment of £200 by John Holmes to Wilson Marshall.
