Description

Feoffment from Thomas Greene the elder, bailiff of Stratford-upon-Avon, and William Smith of Balsall, gent., to Richard Jackson, chief alderman, William Greene, Michael Johnson and Richard Hunt, three other aldermen, and Richard Ainge, Simon Cale, Thomas Greene the younger, John Hammond, Henry Cale and William Higgins, capital burgesses of the same (reciting DR535/1, and a feoffment, unspecified, which had vested the premises in the present grantors and others) of the said close of land; to hold to the uses declared in the deed of 4 April 1555, specified in an annexed schedule.
