Grant by Agnes Adames, daughter and heir of William Adames of Stratford upon Auen, `in mea pura viduetate' [recte 'virginitate'] , to John Palmer, junior, of the same, of a half burgage in le Rotherstret, between a half burgage of Saint Mary the Virgin and the land of Saint John Witnesses: William Westyngton `capitalis ballivus', William Rukesley and Thomas Grene `subballivi', Nicholas Saucer, Walter Gold' and others Dated at Stratford, Friday after the feast of the Invention of the Holy Cross, 4 Henry IV Seal of red wax, circular.
