Assignment from Thomas Venor of Wellesbourne, gentleman, with the consent of Joseph Hunt of Shipston-on-Stour, gentleman, and at the nomination of Barnabas Horseman of Lower Pillerton, gentleman, to Simon Davis of Toddenham, co. Gloucs., gentleman (reciting a mortgage, dated 1 May 1747, from the said Joseph Hunt to the said Thomas Venor of a close converted into a cherry orchard with a cottage erected thereon in Old Stratford, commonly called Rylands Close, then in the tenure of John Palmer, for 1000 years to secure £500; and that the said Barnabas Horseman has contracted to purchase the freehold of the said premises) for £100 paid by Barnabas Horseman to Thomas Venor, of the said property; to hold for the remainder of the said term of 1000 years in trust to attend the inheritance.
