Mortgage from John Michael Silvester of Stratford upon Avon druggist to William Fetherstone of the same gentleman, of a messuage (being one of three lately erected on the site of two messuages) with a yard, garden, stable and other appurtenances in High Street, Stratford-upon-Avon, late in the tenure of Alexander Boote and now of the said John Silvester, having one of the said two other messuages lately bought by John Manton glazier, then in his tenure but now of Henry Richardson whitesmith, on one side and a messuage belonging to the Poor of Clifford and late in the occupation of Thomas Satchwell peruk maker on the other, for 1000 years at a peppercorn rent to secure £250. For further assurance the said John Silvester assigns to William Fetherstone a policy of insurance, dated 15 February 1806. Signed and sealed by John Michael Silvester. Witnesses: J.
