Description

Copy probate of the will, with two codicils, of William Harding of Baraset in Alveston, esq., dated 2 December 1819, 11 July 1820 and 10 November 1821, devising his capital messuage called Baraset and all his other land in Alveston to his wife Harriet so long as his son William Judd Harding shall remain in India, with reversion to his said son on her decease or his return from India; to his brother Joseph Harding £50; to his other brother, Judd Harding, £50; to trustees (his wife, sons and son-in-law) the remainder of his estates in Solihull and Tanworth in trust to sell, and to apply part of the proceeds to the provision of an annuity of £400 for his said wife, and to divide the residue amongst his children (Charlotte Sophia, wife of William Wheeler, Catherine wife of William Henry Chicheley Plowen, Harriet Harding, Elizabeth Octavia Harding, Jane Harding, Charles Harding, Henry Harding, John Harding, Francis Harding, Edward Harding and Sophia Harding).
