Description

Feoffment from Edward Atwood, John Attwood and Martha his wife and Thomas Attwood of Great Alne, yeoman, brother of the said Edward Attwood, with the consent of William Lyndon, gent., mayor of the borough of Stratford-upon-Avon, and Thomas Taylor, gent., chief alderman of the same, to John Woolmer the younger, Francis Oldfield, gent., Simon Cale, gent., Thomas Hill, gent., Benjamin Joanes, gent., Thomas Horne, gent., and Francis Haddocke, butcher, all of Stratford-upon-Avon, for £237 10s 0d, of all that yardland in the common fields of Old Stratford, Bishopton and Welcombe, and comprising 62 selions, one feather and two leys, with common of pasture and described in detail in an annexed schedule, to hold the same in trust to apply the rents to the uses contained in the will of William Tyler (DR535/35).
