Feoffment from William Smith of Balsall, gent., surviving trustee named in the will of Thomas Lucas (DR535/20) to Thomas Greene, bailiff of the borough of Stratford-upon-Avon, Francis Smith, Richard Hunt, William Greene and Michael Johnson, four aldermen of the same, and Richard Ainge and Henry Cale, two capital burgesses of the same, of the messuage named in the said will in trust to carry out the wishes of Thomas Lucas.
