Conveyance by lease and release from William Dunn of Kenilworth and Mary his wife to William Davis the elder of Stratford-upon-Avon, cider-merchant, and John Holmes of Stratford-upon-Avon, innholder, for £82.Os.Od (£80 paid by William Davis and £2.Os.Od by John Holmes) of a messuage in Sheep Street, Stratford-upon-Avon, bought of Samuel Ryland and Mary his wife, late in the tenure of William Izod, glazier, and now of John Holmes: to hold to William Dunn on the understanding that if John Holmes pays to him £80 the premises will be assigned to him.
