Conveyance by lease and release from Pearshouse Drury, with the consent of John Pearshouse Drury, to Joseph Lavender of Evesham co. Worcs., gentleman, (reciting DR65/12-13, and a conveyance of 28 and 29 April 1759 from John Willmore of Stratford-upon-Avon, dyer, to John Pearshouse of Stratford-upon-Avon, brazier, to whom the property hereinafter mentioned had been mortgaged on 19 July 1758 to secure £50, of a close called the Sling in Old Stratford, in the tenure of John Brown, adjoining Butt Close and bounded on the north by the Warwick Road, and which close had been devised by the said John Pearshouse to the said John Pearshouse Drury [DR65/11]) in consideration of a further sum of £400 advanced by Pearshouse Drury to John Bearshouse Drury, of two messuages in High Street, Stratford-upon-Avon, one formerly in the possession of Susannah Pearshouse, afterwards of John Pearshouse, but lately rebuilt and since in the tenure of Miss Taplin and now of --- Duffin, and the other formerly in the tenure of Samuel Heritage late of the said John Pearshouse but since rebuilt and now in the tenure of the said John Pearshouse Drury; also the close of land called the Sling (described above) in the tenure of Daniel Whatson; to hold the same in trust to sell and from the proceeds to pay £800 to the said Pearshouse Drury, and the remainder to the said John Pearshouse Drury.
