Draft release by Mary Gillett, Brailes, spinster, with William Gillett her father to Joseph Ashby Gillett, Shipston-on-Stour, banker, for £18 of Close of land adjoining the Meeting House in Lower Brailes, which land was settled 25 August 1802 on trustees for use of Mary Gillett by Margaret Ashby, Shipston-on-Stour, widow.
