Pebworth and Broad Marston, a feoffment

Feoffment from John Harris of Broad Marston in Pebworth yeoman and Edward Vernon of Hanbury, co. Worcs., esq., to Anthony Goodwin of Pebworth yeoman., for £291 10s. 0d., of three quarters of a yardland in Broad Marston and Pebworth divided into four parts known as Keyes, otherwise Robins, in the occupation of the said John Harris.

Covenants for further assurance from the grantors and Edward Vernon's second son Thomas, and appointment of William Millard and Edward Owen gent, as attornies to deliver seisin.
