To great-niece Harriett Parker: household goods and furniture and £200 To niece Elizabeth Holland: cottage at Oxhill in her occupation To trustees: John Ward, Oxhill, gent., and Charles Holland, Oxhill, yeoman: residue of personal estate and real estate at Oxhill In trust To brother John Parker: house, buildings and 3 closes (34 ac) called Cockhill in his occupation, for life, then To Ann, wife of John, for life, then trustees to sell and divide equally between five children of John and Ann, viz: William, John, James and Joseph Parker and Eliza Harris. To great-nephew George Taylor: rents and profits of Long Close, Oxhill and interest on £100 for life Then to sell and divide profits and principal equally between children of John (supra) To trustees: land and buildings in testator's occupation; 3 closes of pasture and 2 closes called Broadhooks (50 acres) in the occupation of Job Allitt Residue of real and personal estate to sell and pay legacies. To Ann Holland, Harriett Holland and Caroline Holland, 3 daughters of Charles: £100 each. To niece Ann Watts, wife of Thomas of Cleydon: £200. To Elizabeth Watts, daughter of Ann and Thomas: £100. Remainder equally between testator's three living sisters and ¼ to children of deceased sister, viz: Sarah Enock, Mary Walker, Elizabeth Allitt and Ann Blakeman deceased.
