Gift from Edmund Lydyard' to John Morgan', son and heir of Robert Morgan' esq., and John Hoppar of Walton' of:

a messuage in Wellesborn' Mountfort in which George Nason' now dwells, a cottage with a close adjoining it in the tenure of Simon Trussell',

a messuage with 1/2 virgate of land in the tenure of Nicholas West and 6s. chief rent from the land of William Hopkyns in the same town;

one close with a virgate of land in Wellesborn' Hastynges now in the tenure of John Busshopp';

a close, a dovecote and one virgate of land in Charlecote now in the tenure of William Shottewell' with 11 acres of land there now in the tenure of Thomas Clever;

a messuage in Fylongley in which John Kymberley now dwells and a cottage with a close adjoining in the same town now in the tenure of Richard Cawdrey;

1/2 virgate of land in Newbolde now in the tenure of William Savage and a cottage in the same in the tenure of John Bayly; and also a messuage with land in Bysshoppis Hampton' now in the tenure of William Clarke;

to hold for ever from the chief lords of the fee for due and customary service.
