Lease and release from Francis Burt of Hampton Lovett, Worcs., yeoman, eldest son and heir of Francis late of Hampton Lovett, yeoman, deceased, by his wife Ann who was one of the daughters and co-heiresses of John Perkins of Stratford-upon-Avon,deceased, and Robert Burt of Feckenham, Worcs., maltster, son of Francis party to this deed, and William Wall of Hampton Lovett, yeoman, eldest son and heir of William Wall of Hampton Lovett, yeoman, by Elizabeth his wife who was elder daughter and co-heir of the said John Perkins, to John Harris of Stratford-upon-Avon, innholder, in consideration of £137 of a messuage in High Street known as the 'George Inn' having the messuage of William Posgate on the south side and messuage of John Fancourt on the north side.
