Indenture of fine between Thomas Archer, esq., plaintiff, and Thomas Wright and Jane his wife, Thomas Parker and Patienee his wife, Thomas Barber and Mary his wife, and William Whateley, deforciants, of two messuages, two barns, two gardens, two orchards, ten acres of land, ten acres of meadow and common pasture in Nuthurst, Hampton-in-Arden and Tanworth.
