Description

Release from Harriett Ann Musgrave to the executors of the will of her late mother, Anne Elizabeth Musgrave, of any claims under the will, and declaration by the executors that they now stand possessed of a moiety of the residue of her estate (amounting to £4950 3 percnt; consols) in trust for the said Harriett. Endorsed with release, dated 29 November 1878, from Archer John William Musgrave and others to George Clive, of the other moiety of the estate of Anne Elizabeth Musgrave, held in trust for her son, Christopher Musgrave, and his younger children.
