Lease and release from Francis Seymour Conway, Lord Beauchamp, to Thomas Ashford and John Lord, Stratford-upon-Avon, saddlers, ironmongers and bridle cutters for £105 of two messuages, barns, yards, etc. in Wood Street, Stratford-upon-Avon, one in occupation of Thomas Abbots and the other late in the occupation of William Lench, now unoccupied. [No. 4]. [These premises conveyed 1788 to Thomas Southam, grandfather of Thomas Southam Burman]. 14 Nov 1814. Lease from Mayor, Alderman and Burgesses to William Southam, Stratford-upon-Avon, yeoman, of 3 messuages with currier's shop, warehouse, stables on the south side of Wood Street, Stratford-upon-Avon, in occupation William Rudge, Charles Cole and others for 42 years at £2 p.a.
