Declaration of the uses of a fine to be levied in Easter Term 1692 by Nathaniel Burford, alias Roberts, of Old Stratford, tiler, and Elizabeth his wife, George Savage of Stratford-upon-Avon, husbandman, and Judith his wife, Sarah Roades of Stratford-upon-Avon, spinster (which said Elizabeth, Judith and Sarah are the daughters and co-heiresses of Thomas Roades, late of Old Stratford, husbandman, deceased), William Martin of Evesham, co. Worcs., gentleman, Lawrence Harwood the elder of London, mercer, Lawrence Harwood the younger of London, hosier, John Hasteings of Wellesbourne Mountford, yeoman, and Alice his wife, Thomas Blicke of Sherborne, blacksmith, and Elizabeth his wife, William Jones of Sherborne, weaver, and Joannna his wife, John Jones of Stratford-upon-Avon, yeoman, and Lawrence Buttler of Sherborne, carpenter, and Susanna his wife, to Joseph Hunt of Stratford-upon-Avon gentleman, Henry Kempson of Goldicott (?Caldecote) gentleman, Robert Michell of Wellesbourne, butcher, and William Wright of Stratford-upon-Avon, maltster, of three ridges of arable land in the common fields of Old Stratford in Sandfeild, late in the possession of Thomas Roades, since of Eleanor Roades, his widow, and now of the said Joseph Hunt, and which were formerly purchased by Thomas Roades of William Combe, esquire, deceased; a messuage in High Street, Stratford-upon-Avon, late in the possession of Lawrence Harwood, and since divided into two parts in the several tenures of Joseph Smith and Nicholas Smith; a messuage with garden and barn in Wellesbourne Mountford in the tenure of the said John Hasteings; three messuages in Ely Street, alias Swin Street, Stratford-upon-Avon in the several tenures of Edward Hercules, alias Hartford, Richard Shervington and Moses Hyatt; namely, that the first-mentioned property shall be held to the use of the said Joseph Hunt, the second-mentioned to the use of Henry Kempson, the third-mentioned to the use of Robert Michell for a term of 500 years with reversion to the said John Michell on the repayment of a mortgage of £35, and the fourth-mentioned to the use of William Wright.
