Appointment of Trustee: Coventry

Description

Appointment by the Hon. Henry Windsor of Parham Lodge co. Suffolk, and Anne, his wife, formerly Anne Copson, of George Frere of Lincohns Inn, gent., to act as Trustee with Edward Morrison late of Upper Seymour Street, Portman Square and of York Terrace co. Middlesex, a general of His Majesty's Forces, under the Marriage Settlement of the said Henry Windsor and Anne, his wife, in the place of the Rt. Hon. William Pitt, Earl Amherst, with an Assignment by the said William Pitt and Edward Morrison, with the consent of the said Henry Windsor and his wife, to Edward Bennett of Lincolns Inn, of trust estates in Coventry, in trust to assign the same to the said Edward Morrison and George Frere as trustees of the said settlement. Signed and sealed by Henry Windsor, Anne, his wife, Earl Amherst and Edward Morrison. Witnesses: Anne Mary Vansittart of Binfield, co. Berks, Thomas Fowler, servant to Col. Windsor, Prospect Cottage, Highgate, Robert Wheatley Lumley, Carey Street, solicitor, James Abbott, butler to Earl Amherst, W. Bailey, clerk to his Brittanic Majesty's Consul at Paris and Felix Lebrun gent. 35 Faughberg St. Honore, Paris. With Assignment from the said Edward Bennett to the said Edward Morrison and George Frere of the trust estates in Coventry as trustees of the said settlement, dated 24 July 1834, attached.
