Draft release from Robert Halford of Shipston-on-Stour, butcher, and Mary his wife, and Walter Webb of Stourton in Whichford, farmer, their mortgagee, to John South of Stretton-on-Fosse, wheelwright, for £200 (£120 to Walter Webb to discharge a mortgage, recited, of 15 May 1813, and £80 to Robert Halford), of the west end of a cottage and close in Stretton-on-Fosse in the tenure of Richard Clark, and a messuage in Stretton-on-Fosse in the tenure of Widow Halford.
