Copy conveyance by lease and release from John Southam of Birmingham, ironmonger (eldest son and heir of the late Josiah Southam of Ilmington, woolman) to Josiah Southam, citizen and distiller of London (the other son of the deceased), of the said messuage and lands now in the tenure of William Newland.
