Mortgage by William Wale Brown, Sowe, Warks., Esquire, and Thomas Brown, Kinwarton, Esquire (brothers and devisees of Reverend John Brown, Senior Fellow, Trinity College, Cambridge, deceased) to John Elton, Redland, Glos., Esquire, Joseph Cookson, Clifton, Glos., Esquire and Reverend Thomas Cotton Fell, Sheepy Rectory, Leics., of Foleshill Farm, Foleshill, formerly in Coventry, now in Warwickshire, together with other lands in parish of Wyken, formerly in Coventry, all formerly in occupation Robert Sumner, then Mrs. Dorothy Sumner and now of Charles Meads Colman, to secure £8000 for payment of legacies and annuities under will (17 Nov 1849) recited of said Reverend John Brown.
