Chancery Bill in case arising from the will, dated 22 October 1855, of Thomas Halford the elder of Alderminster. He died 1 November 1858. Plaintiff: Thomas Halford of Alderminster's great nephew, Thomas Halford the elder. Defendants: William Brooks and Elizabeth his wife (daughter of William Court, nephew of Thomas Halford) and their children William Halford, Elizabeth Mary Walker, Grace Pauline, Jane, John Thomas, Emily and Hetty Frederica (all infants), George Cook and Ann his wife (great niece of Thomas Halford) and their children, Alice, Ann, George, William and Edith (all infants), Elizabeth Court, spinster (great niece of Thomas Halford), Halford Sheaf and Ann Sheaf, infants (great nephew and niece of Thomas Halford), Elizabeth Court (widow of William, nephew of Thomas Halford) and Robert Robins Fletcher, Thomas Garret, Thomas Southam, assignees in bankruptcy of Charles Halford and the said Charles Halford, nephew of Thomas Halford: with two copy receipts for payment into court of £600, 21 February 1868.
