Draft release by Edward Hartwell, Blackwell, gent., with his mortgagees, to William Jaques, Blackwell, yeoman, with assignment by Thomas Halford, Armscott, yeoman and Thomas Stow, Bledington, Glos., yeoman, the said mortgagees of the two several terms created by mortgage in said property to Thomas Hartwell, Darlingscott, gent., in trust for William Jaques of messuage in Blackwell known as Hobb Home with close and 1/2 yard land.
