Cookes Family: Miscellaneous title deeds - Quitclaim with warranty

Description

Quitclaim with warranty from Richard Courte of Oulenoule in Wotton Wawen to Isabel Cookes, mother of Elizabeth, formerly the wife of William Knyght and now the wife of the said Richard Courte, of the property described ii below;
to hold for ever.
i) Gift from Elizabeth Knyght widow to Edward Knyght, Richard Knyght and John Knyght, younger sons of the said Elizabeth and William Knyght, of all the goods, chattels, and debts which the said Elizabeth had for the payment of bequests under the will of her late husband.
ii) Lease from Elizabeth Knyght to Isabel Cookes her mother of all her messuage, tenements, rents, hereditaments, meadows, pastures and feedings in Worcestershire and Warwickshire;
to hold for 60 years if the said Elizabeth live so long, rendering annually £ 5; to be used for the education and upbringing of the said children, Edward, Richard and John Knight, until they come of age.
