Cookes Family: Worcestershire title deeds - Marriage settlement


Settlement on the marriage of Thomas Heymer of Feckenham, Worcs., gent., and Anne his wife being a conveyance from the said Anne, with the consent of the said Thomas Heymer, to Thomas Huband, otherwise known as Hibbotte, of Inkbarrowe, Worcs., gent., and Francis Disone of Bradeley, Worcs., gent., of all her jointure, that is of:
one messuage and lands in Cladsall and Inkbarrowe, Worcs.,
one messuage in Callowhill in Feckenham, now the dwelling place of the said Thomas Heymer called Armille place, with one piece of pasture adjoining containing 5 acres,
one messuage with 4 closes adjoining it in Callowhill, which messuage and one of which closes was in the tenure of John Burman, and which other 3 closes were in the tenure of the said Thomas Heymer, containing in all 30 acres,
one messuage in Callowhill, with one close adjoining containing 4 acres called the Jayke, in the tenure of John Woolmer and 5 small cottages, with 5 acres of land, one acre to each cottage, in the tenure of Henry Staunton, Henry Taylor, William Taylor, William Snape and Joyce Harris, widow;
to hold to the use of the said Thomas Heymer and Anne his wife for their lives, then to the use of Henry Disone, son of the said Francis Disone, for ever.
