Description

A collection of wills and other testamentary papers, relating mainly to Warwickshire, but also to Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire, Worcestershire, Staffordshire, London and Northamptonshire. Acquired at various times, mainly from the offices of Thomas Hunt and Frederick Lane, solicitors of Stratford-upon-Avon and from the offices formerly of Francis Findon, solicitor of Shipston on Stour, they were brought together as a single collection in the 1940s
