Oxon., farmer, and Frances his wife, of the first part, Edward Arnold of Allesley, charcoal man of the second part and William Jaggard of Leek Wootton, farmer, of the third part and ending with an indenture dated 26 January 1825, between Alice Meades, daughter of Robert Meades late of Norton Lindsey, deceased, of the first part, Joshua Smith Simmons Smith of the second part and Robert Bell Wheler of Stratford-upon-Avon of the third part.
