Abstract of title to a tenement and farm in the parish of Clifford Chambers commencing with a conveyance, dated 10 October 1764, from Henry Smith of Admington, labourer, and Hannah his wife, Samuel Smith of Lower Quinton, blacksmith, and Elizabeth his wife, Joseph Adkins of Warwick, labourer and Elizabeth his wife, John Wheeler of Boswell, shoemaker and Mary his wife and Joseph Radford of Warwick and Sarah his wife to William Cookes of Clifford Chambers, shoemaker, and ending with an indenture, dated 22 March 1828, between William Belcher of the first part, William Wallace of the second part and Edward Lewis, Zacheriah Parkes, Thomas Lowe and Thomas Fiddian of the third part.
