9 January 1663 to 11 March 1795 Abstract of title to an estate at Nuthurst, commencing with a settlement dated 9 January 1663 upon the marriage of Isaac Ingram, son of William Ingram of Nuthurst, gent., with Frances Hartopp, sister of William Hartopp of Little Dolby, co. Leics., esq., the said William Ingram, William Hartopp and Henry Ford of Birmingham, being parties, and ending with a conveyance dated 7 August 1755 from Thomas Lord Archer to Isaac Ingram of Nuthurst. Followed by a schedule of deeds dating from 2 July 1640 and by other abstracts of deeds, ending with an indenture, dated 10 11 March 1795 between Isaac Ingram of Nuthurst of the first part, John Mortiboyes of Lapworth, yeoman, of the second part and Richard Reeve of Beaudesert, gent., of the third part. Continuation of abstract from 11 March 1795 as above to 19 June 1854 enclosed.
