Settlement on the marriage of Nathaniel Cookes of Stratford-upon-Avon, mercer, to Isabella Jones of the same, spinster, being a conveyance by lease and release from the said Nathaniel Cookes to Stephen Nason of Stratford-upon-Avon, clerk, and Dionysius Bradley of the same, gentleman, of a messuage in Stratford-upon-Avon near a place called The Cross in the tenure of the said Nathaniel Cookes, which he lately purchased from William Watson, gentleman; to hold the same to the use of the said Nathaniel Cookes for life, and after his decease, to the said Isabella Jones for life, with reversion to their children, or lawful heirs.
