Attested copy of the will of Isabella Cookes, dated 11 March 1820, devising to her nephew, Robert Goodman Jones, her messuage, near The Cross in Stratford-upon-Avon, in the tenure of William Chattaway, mercer and draper, and her personal estate to her nephews, the said Robert Jones, and John Davis Jones, her nieces, Sarah Ann Jones and Esther Goodman Lambert, and her sister, Mrs. Mary Dakin to be equally divided among them. Appointment of her said nephew Robert Goodman and her sister as executor and executrix. Proved at Canterbury.
