Mortgage from John Tissell of Stratford-upon-Avon, saddler, and Catherine his wife, to John Webb of Snitterfield, labourer, of two messuages in Sheep Street in the tenures of John Field and Thomas Ashwin, between a messuage of Richard Shackle on the west and a messuage of Richard Bell on the east; and of a lease, dated 16 April 1751, from the Stratford-upon-Avon Corporation to John Tissell of a messuage in his tenure; to hold the houses in Sheep Street for 500 years, and the house in High Street for the residue of a term of 21 years, at a peppercorn rent, to secure £100.
