Assignment from Elizabeth Hands of Chipping Campden, co. Glos., widow, and Joseph Hands of the same, grocer, and Robert Lovett of Shipston-on-Stour, blacksmith (executors of the will of the late Joseph Hands, died 23 May 1845) to Richard Andrews of Chipping Campden, innkeeper, for £345, of a lease for 3000 years (see DR1147/1) of a messuage in Chipping Campden known as the Eight Bells, with a house and malthouse adjoining, now in the occupation of Richard Hands and Richard Andrews.
